The Betsy Hotel in South Beach exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome by Fredrick and Gustavo at reception to the impeccable service throughout, every moment felt special and personalized. the restaurant offered a delightful culinary experience, and the location just a short walk from the beach was perfect. the Art Deco design and Jazz music added a touch of elegance to our vacation. the staff, especially Juan, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly set the Betsy apart. the hotel's unique blend of contemporary design with Art Deco accents created a tranquil oasis amidst the vibrant South Beach scene. the curated in-room libraries and luxurious bathrooms with Malin + Goetz products were a delightful touch. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Betsy Poetry Rail, filled with diverse voices that shaped Miami's literary scene. The dining options at the Betsy were exceptional, with Chef Laurent Tourondel's flagship restaurant offering a world-class experience. the Carlton Room Café provided a cozy spot for a coffee fix or casual meeting. We also appreciated the attentive service and the hotel's commitment to arts and culture, making our stay truly unforgettable. Overall, the Betsy Hotel is a gem in South Beach, combining luxury hospitality with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
